LifeYouth Ministry

For students, the pressure to fit in and conform to the patterns of this world is overwhelming.  We believe there is strength in numbers and strength in a fully devoted relationship with Jesus Christ.  At LifeYouth Ministry, we work to empower our students to grow closer to God and each other in hopes of receiving the power and blessing of our loving creator.  Jesus pointed out that loving God and loving others where the greatest of all the commandments (Matthew 22:36-40).  There is freedom in Christ for all who will shift their focus to such an amazing truth.  Helping students find their identity in Christ is what it is all about.  We seek to get students involved in church on Sunday morning, Sunday Night Youth Group and throughout the week in serving and ministering to their peers and the community.  We believe that’s what Jesus would do and we’re all about trying to follow Him in our church and in our Student Ministry.  At MJLifeChurch, every kid is important and Student Ministry is a priority.

Our Student Ministry is led by Student Pastor Ryan Scott, along with his wife, Kristi Scott, Justin McClain, and Rebecca Poole.  If you are a teen or the parent of a teen, our Student Ministry team would love to meet you!
